The only personal data that we will collect is name, email address and organisation. This data will be controlled on our local server under password protection. It will only be processed in the ordering of the Individual, Pair and Team Profile Reports from Herrmann® of 10 John Street London, WC1N 2EB.
Names and email addresses collected on the Contact form will not be shared with a third party.
The roles of Controller and Processor will be performed by Cognitive Diversity Ltd.
The ordering of Profiling services, Workshops and Consultancy by Clients will be deemed to be documentary proof that Clients consent to the use of names and email addresses purely for delivery of the Profiling Services, Workshops and Consultancy.
Any data subject can request their name and email address be deleted from our records by email.
